another ordinary day*...

after a busy week,

i finally get to sit back, relax and update about my lang tengah trip
yes... after 2 weeks... haha

the week before last week,
wei zhi, rachel, ying ming and i went to lang tengah!
suehsia was suppose to go but ended up didn't go =(

Day 1

ying ming picked us up around 10+
and yes he drove all the way there

7 hours ride?? ohno...

but hell no the beettle is too huge and scary

stopped by MC D's for supper

while we were on the way we spotted a place with a lot of lights

me: eihhhh here also got big city wan ar??
ying ming: what big city?
me: there!!! *points*

Ying ming: its not a city la! its an oil refinery place!

now i know....
beautiful isn't it?

after 5-6 hours of a long ride,
and ALL the RED LIGHTS we faced due to ying ming's face
we finally reached Merang Jetty SAFELY!

who says that driving over there is dangerous?
wait till you see the way those long distance bus driver drive their bus and you wouldn't want to sit their bus anymore!

took a nap in the car since we were there early

another crazy long ride on the boat

finally, our destination - redang lang tengah!

couldn't wait to splash ourselves with the sea water
we got so excited and quickly changed to our bikinis

while walking to the beach,
we passed by alot of room and saw many undergarments were openly hanged outside like a gallery

after that,
it was snorkeling time at marine park

we got to see many fishes and beautiful corals
were able to snap them because i brought my friend's waterproof camera

after that, the so called waterproof camera died because there were water went in the camera. waterproof huh?

after a long, sleepless and tiring day,
guess what time we slept on the first day??

another ordinary day*...

then it was

Day 2

the second day started with a tiring one
jungle trekking!

we didn't know there were such activity so we didn't bring the suitable attire for it

we were lead to this place with a very breath-taking scenery

time to relax

the bunch of funny people we went jungle trekking with

after jungle trekking,
we just had to do it because we were in an island

after that,
we went for another snorkeling session
this time with ying ming along after diving the whole day
the water was much clearer on the second day
sadly the "waterproof" camera has died
hence, no pictures were taken

then,
we went for another cam-whoring session at the beach

finally got to eat some nice food

at night,
we went for a karaoke session

she was busy playing cooking mama

rachel and i were so greedy that we almost finished the whole packet of ikan satay

had seafood for lunch

and spotted the cow family

back to the long ride again

rachel and i went cranky that wei zhi and ying ming got so annoyed by us

we syok-ed sendiri by singing the cow and chicken song and the rachel's once-upon-a-time-in-china story made up by her

overall,
we had alot of fun during the trip
and i've yet to go for another island trip again =)
